Don’t try to get too clever or creative, just clearly state the benefits of your dental office and why it’s right for your patients. For example, a good headline would be “Quality Dental Care for Any Budget.” This lets the reader know that your prices are competitive.
  2. Communicate the benefits of your dental office – The recipients of your dental postcards are going to be more interested in the benefits of your dental practice instead of the features. For example, you may have a top-of-the-line teeth whitening system, but instead of naming the new system (which may confuse your patients) simply state “We’ve been whitening and brightening teeth for over 25 years!”
  3. Make an enticing offer – The best way to get a potential patient to make an appointment at your office is to include an offer on your postcard. Customers are extremely motivated by receiving a good deal. A few offers could include:
    • Free exam for new patients
    • Free consultation
    • 15% off whitening for new patients
    • Free electric toothbrush when new patients receive a dental cleaning & exam
  4. Include contact information – Lastly, it’s important that your postcard includes your dental office’s physical location, phone number, website URL, social media URLs, and an email address. This information is important, so make sure it’s easy to read and find on your postcard.
