Re-Credentialing

In most states, re-credentialing will be required every one to three years. The re-credentialing process will ensure that your practice is continuing to meet the same criteria that it did during your enrollment process.

Here at Dental Insurance Credentialing, we will be able to assist you in this re-credentialing process. This will include:

  • Contacting the insurance companies to request a re-credentialing application – This can be overwhelming and difficult to do on your own. Luckily, we have relationships with many different insurance providers and we will be able to know exactly who needs to be contacted.
  • Completing and submitting the re-credentialing application – This process can be incredibly lengthy and complicated, but we will take the time to fill it out for you. Once the forms have been completed, we will send them back to the insurance companies.
  • Following up on any issues – If any issues arise during the application process, we will mediate them for you. We have extensive experience in this process and will be able to deal with any complications that arise.
  • Negotiating higher fees during the process of re-credentialing will help insure your practice has the highest reimbursement possible.
